Im sorry but there is a line between good computers and bad computers (Macs lol). But the level of service and parts that come with eMachines pcs are sub-par. I have had one for over a year now and i dont find it as satisfying as the other 3 laptops i have in my house. Maybe because its a PC? I dont know. Maybe because its an eMachines? Probably, i still dont know. I would just say, because they are coming for cheap, dont just go and get one. Period.

They probably don’t have any business plan and therefore have to cut on the service.
Most often get what You pay for, so don’t worry. It was a cheap buy.
