Fortunately, you are not the only consumer with this problem as hundreds of thousands others have experienced the same problem. This shows how horrible the hardware that we use in the Xbox platforms are. We would like you to check our Support site and submit a repair request. That will allow you to get a refurbished Xbox that is completely different from your first 360 and does not guarantee that it will breakdown again. The above is all a spoof of what i was thinking when my 360 crashed. One moment it was working and the next it was not even turning on fully. Unfortunately, i have to wait about 2 months to be able to play it again
